The traditional greek village Paliouri is located on the southside of the peninsula Kassandra and has the typical flair of a greek fishing town with ist old stonehouses, the small narrow streets with the old-fashion cafeterias and its old church.

In a distance of 5 minutes there is the spectacular sandy beach with crystal water and the small harbour with boats. Paliouri is only 1 hour by car or by bus from the modern city of Thessaloniki with its airport.

At the hill of Paliouri directly near the forest, at a quiet place with a magnificent view to the sea and the mountains, are being built detached-houses, semi-detached houses and apartments from 55 m² up to 150 m².
